Have you ever wondered what
‘Food’ means or of what importance is it to you? In a nutshell, let me take you
through its definition as culled from Wikipedia; “Food is any substance
consumed to provide nutritional support for the body. It is usually of plant
or animal origin, and contains essential nutrients, such as fats,
proteins, vitamins, or minerals. The substance is ingested by an organism and assimilated by the organism's cells to provide energy, maintain life, or stimulate growth.”
Wow, is it not interesting
to know that in my context FOOD, stimulates growth (but why are some short in height
or too thin?) maybe nature designed them that way. While some eat to
constipation, others suffer from starvation. What so ever your situation may
be, I will educate you on what to eat, and how to blend them to better the
standard of your living and wellness. Food is good.
